Eve Brookville trained as an organizational psychologist, holding an MSc from CNAM Paris, with advanced executive certificates from Cornell University. Her career spans more than a decade inside global brand and leadership environments, including years with Ogilvy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and with L’Oréal, where she observed at close range how leadership conduct shapes deal outcomes, client trust, and institutional reputation.
For seven years she founded and led a humanitarian foundation, an experience that grounds the Standard’s central premise: representation is a responsibility, and composed conduct is a form of respect for the people and institutions a leader serves. She is certified in international human rights (USIDHR) and leads Brookville Protocol Consulting as a registered CPD provider, Member No. 22938.
