Founder & President, Brookville Protocol Consulting
Over 15 years of working in high-profile, client-facing environments, I witnessed something that most companies were getting wrong and didn’t even know. Behavior. Not as a concept. As a business driver.
The world’s most prestigious institutions, Harvard, Columbia, the London School of Economics produce exceptional talent. But what I observed, repeatedly, was that organizations had no system for translating human behavior into measurable business outcomes. Leaders were being developed intellectually, but the behavioral standards that drive client retention, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable profitability were being left to chance.
Then something began shifting in the market.
Leading financial institutions, private equity firms, global law firms, wealth management groups, and government bodies started creating dedicated roles around service excellence and executive conduct. The hospitality industry, long the gold standard of behavioral performance, was suddenly being looked to as a model by industries that had never considered it relevant.
But recognition alone is not a system. And despite this growing awareness, not a single organization had built an enterprise framework rigorous enough to measure, certify, and institutionalize behavioral performance against real business results.
That gap is exactly why I built BPC.
I founded Brookville Protocol Consulting to close it, building a strategic organizational system that institutionalizes diplomatic behavioral standards across global leadership environments, structured around a proprietary Return On Investment (ROI) model measuring impact across four critical performance drivers: Business Performance, Client Retention, Leadership Effectiveness, and Profitability.
For organizations ready to embed this standard at the deepest level, BPC offers a Licensing Program designed for multinational corporations, global law firms, investment banks and financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, luxury and hospitality groups, embassies and international organizations, professional sports organizations and elite athlete representation, international consulting firms, universities, and government bodies to deliver the BPC curriculum internally, making Behavioral Excellence a permanent and living standard within their institution.
Because when behavior is structured, certified, and embedded into the DNA of an organization, it becomes one of the most powerful competitive advantages a company can own.

The Founder’s Method

Her method unites three disciplines that rarely meet in one framework. The scientific rigor of organizational psychology, which makes behavior observable and assessable. The precision of diplomatic protocol, which gives conduct its institutional grammar. And the discipline of enterprise measurement: every program is powered by Brookville Technologies™, the measurement layer that renders leadership behavior observable, quantified, and board-reportable.

Background

Eve Brookville trained as an organizational psychologist, holding an MSc from CNAM Paris, with advanced executive certificates from Cornell University. Her career spans more than a decade inside global brand and leadership environments, including years with Ogilvy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and with L’Oréal, where she observed at close range how leadership conduct shapes deal outcomes, client trust, and institutional reputation.
For seven years she founded and led a humanitarian foundation, an experience that grounds the Standard’s central premise: representation is a responsibility, and composed conduct is a form of respect for the people and institutions a leader serves.
“Institutions measure everything they value: capital, risk, time. Behavior remained the last unmeasured asset of leadership. The Standard exists so that conduct can finally be led, not hoped for.” — Eve Brookville

Our Philosophy
A Measurable Standard of Behavioral Excellence
Behavior is not a soft skill. It is a measurable, scalable, and certifiable business system.
Brookville Protocol Consulting, we operate from a fundamental belief that most organizations have yet to fully embrace. For too long, behavioral standards have been treated as secondary, nice to have, difficult to quantify, and impossible to institutionalize. We reject that premise entirely.
At BPC, we believe that when Behavioral Excellence is structured into the DNA of an organization, it becomes one of the most powerful and measurable drivers of business performance available to any enterprise.
We believe that service culture is not the exclusive language of hospitality. It is a strategic organizational asset that belongs in every boardroom, every client interaction, and every leadership environment, from financial institutions and law firms to government bodies and global enterprises.
We believe that transformation without infrastructure is temporary. A workshop changes behavior for a day. A certified, embedded framework changes an organization permanently. This is why everything BPC builds, from its certification architecture to its licensing program, is designed not for moments of awareness, but for lasting institutional change.
And finally, we believe that diplomatic behavioral standards are not a cultural luxury reserved for diplomats and executives. They are the universal language of trust, influence, and sustained organizational excellence, and every professional, at every level, deserves access to a system that helps them master it.
Core Values
The Principles That Govern the Standard
Brookville Protocol Consulting is guided by five core values that define how Behavioral Excellence is structured, measured, and sustained across institutions, leadership environments, and professional cultures.
01
Behavioral Excellence

We believe that sustainable organizational performance begins with behavior that is structured, certified, and embedded, not assumed. Behavioral Excellence is not a standard we inspire. It is a system we build.

02
Integrity of Representation

Every professional act carries the weight of the organization behind it. We hold that ethical conduct, discretion, and diplomatic precision are not personal virtues alone, they are institutional standards that must be defined, measured, and upheld across every level of leadership.

03
Cultural Intelligence

Global organizations operate across borders where behavioral codes differ, and cultural misalignment carries real business cost. We equip enterprises with the frameworks to recognize, interpret, and institutionalize cultural intelligence as a strategic organizational capability, not a diversity initiative.

04
Legacy of Influence

We build systems that outlast engagements. Our certification architecture and licensing framework are designed to create permanent behavioral infrastructure within organizations, ensuring that excellence is not a moment, but a lasting institutional standard passed across leadership generations.

05
Refined Performance

Refinement at BPC is not aesthetic. It is operational. We measure the direct impact of behavioral standards on business performance, client retention, leadership effectiveness, and profitability, because excellence in conduct must always translate into measurable organizational results.
